Our way of trading really helps you learn. Team trading means you’re discussing your trades with the whole team. It really keeps you sharp. I like the dynamics of trading. When you come into the office in the morning you just never know what to expect. The competitive factor is key – you’re out-witting your market competitors every day. It’s like winning an important match.
Stimulating and motivating your team to use and develop their own abilities and opinions about trading is what team trading is about.
As a trader I’m responsible for my sector, for my team. I’m on hand to provide assistance to the others, the juniors especially. But in All Options you get a lot of responsibility – even for a junior. It’s how you learn.
Compared to working in a bank, our juniors have direct responsibility and trust. You don’t ask to do something, nor get told what to do. Why All Options? We have a flat structure where you can say anything – as long as you can back it up. That appeals to me.
