Trader

You need to be able to assess your adversary’s strategy and act on it, know how to handle setbacks, deal with stress, recognize patterns and have excellent numerical insight. During my Economics studies at Groningen University I played chess and poker frequently. These games actually have a lot in common with trading.

I learned about All Options from friends. The company offers many possibilities to constantly improve yourself. The traineeship is complex and you’re pushed hard, but persistence and a winner’s mentality will get you through. Being a trader is highly competitive and the capacity to make quick decisions under high pressure is very important. Nothing beats outsmarting the competition by being quicker and better!

But it’s not all about work. The culture at All Options is very informal and I have a great group of colleagues. Our Friday night activities together are notorious!
