Chengdu is a development center for All Options. In our technology environment our staff have the freedom to develop and be creative. We also have a culture of openness and knowledge sharing facilitated by programs like our ‘pair programming’ system where a new joiner is paired with an experienced developer, who provides on-the-job coaching.
Working with a team of talented, involved people is really inspiring. We are like a big family. It’s a wonderful feeling to build things together and share successes.
