I joined All Options in October 2007 and as a manager you need to ensure everything runs in a structured manner – and you’re applying that structure. As IT you are in direct contact with the users – so you see the immediate benefits of your work. Job satisfaction is high. Our IT guys can put themselves in the place of a trader. We don't have the usual IT support.

All Options is never boring. As a company still growing there are lots of opportunities to learn. We are responsible for the entire desktop environment. So it’s never dull, never tedious. You work with the best technology and your own ideas are really listened to.
