Allard W. Jakobs, CEO & Founder
Allard W. Jakobs started his career in 1991. After being an investment analyst at stock broker Van Meer James Capel (now HSBC Investment), and a Partner with Optiver, Mr Jakobs soon formalised his vision of a new breed of market maker, and eventually founded All Options in 1998.
Originally trading from small offices in central Amsterdam with a team of just 10, the company grew steadily and in 2006 moved to the first office that catered for 60 traders plus support staff. From early on, Mr Jakobs focused on building capacity for sustained growth and employing trading strategies designed to build a clear market leading position. This evolved into All Options’ strategy of Market Leadership which underpins the continued international growth.
