Opportunities to work across the world
In All Options, we aim to recruit the best - no matter where you come from. If you want to become a trader, then we welcome applications from graduates in any country, as long as you match our requirements.
Please note, however, that there are visa restrictions for some offices and we generally do not apply for visas for junior roles. However, if you are accepted for a Trainee Trader position at our head office in Amsterdam then we do apply for visas if you are coming from abroad.
Trader rotations
In All Options, we actively support a philosophy of trader rotation, through sectors, markets and regions. This enables our market makers to become skilled all-rounders who can trade in any product, in any market, under any conditions.
Traders have opportunities for long- or short-term placements in any of our international offices, which means you can enjoy some sun in Curaçao, work the winter in our Alpine office in Zug, or spend summer in Hong Kong.
