Unlike other trading roles, market making is an exciting and demanding career. When you join All Options, you start as a Trainee Trader and receive six months of training in our Trading Academy, learning advanced theory and practice. After only two weeks, you will have the opportunity to put that new theory into practice and start trading on a limited profile under close supervision, with ongoing coaching and monitoring from our team of Senior Traders. 

To graduate successfully from the Academy, you need to show the ability to maximise your profits and learn from mistakes, as well as the initiative to discover new opportunities in your markets. If you display the potential that is needed, you will then be promoted to Junior Trader.


Your profile:

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, maths, engineering, computer sciences or business
  • Strong numerical and problem solving / analytical skills  
  • Interested in the financial markets
  • Motivated by challenges
  • Fast learner
  • Strong communication and team-working skills
  • Good written and spoken English

Your character:

  • Self confident
  • Outgoing
  • Result driven
  • Have a winner’s mentality
