We continuously recruit new graduates to become new traders working on market making for derivatives. Unlike other roles, derivatives trading is an exciting and demanding career. We expect the best from you, and you get the best in return.
When you join All Options, you start as a Trainee Trader and you receive six months of training in our Trading Academy, learning advanced theory and practice. After only two weeks, you will put that new theory into practice and start trading on a limited profile under close supervision, with ongoing coaching and monitoring from our Corporate Trainer and team of Senior Traders and Quants.
To graduate successfully from the Academy you need to show the ability to maximise your profits and learn from mistakes, as well as the initiative to discover new opportunities in your markets. Then you will be promoted to Junior Trader if you show you have the potential.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in economics, finance, maths, engineering, computer sciences or business
- Strong numerical and problem solving / analytical skills
- Interested in the financial markets
- Motivated by challenges
- Fast learner
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Good written and spoken English
