HR Manager

Lead our global human resources department

 

As Manager of Human Resources you are responsible for the translation of the overall business strategy into a human resources strategy implemented across our offices in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Zug and Curaçao. You will lead a team of three professional HR consultants and a payroll administrator to obtain the best possible business results and to increase employee satisfaction.

A key aspect of the role is the hands-on execution of HR work for the Trading Department. You will also be responsible for developing transparent and efficient HR policies, and developing systems for:

  • Remuneration, including job evaluations and benchmarks
  • Recruitment including employer branding
  • Performance management
  • Staffing of the organisation
  • Training and development
  • Staff exchange with foreign offices
  • Health & Safety 
  • Pay roll

You are the first point of contact for our newly installed Works Council and will  advise, solicited or unsolicited, senior managers on issues such as organisation structure, company culture, organisational development, leadership and talent management. You will report directly to Board of Directors via the CFO. 

Requirements:

  • A HR generalist
  • Bachelor degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources or equivalent
  • Over 4 years experience as Senior Manager of a professional HR department (3rd career step)
  • Proven track record in the financial industry
  • Experience in an international company
